PRICE PTO

We have some really exciting events planned for the 2018-2019 school year and we need YOUR help to accomplish them!

Below are the main events that will need volunteers for.

• October 22-26th: Parent Teacher Conferences. There will be a few days during conference week that the teachers will be working late so the PTO provides meals and goodies for them! If you would like to cook/bake for our teachers they would love you for it!
• November 16: 3-5 School Musical. Mrs. Pipkin our wonderful music teacher puts on 2 amazing musicals every school year but not without the help of our wonderful parents! Mrs. Pipkin will need help painting scenery, putting together props, backdrops etc. You can take these projects home to do them or come in after school and work on them in the music room.
• December 4-6: Elf Shelf Holiday Shop. Back by popular demand our holiday shop is a super fun way for students to to purchase Christmas gifts on their own for family and friends. The PTO sets up a holiday store full of goodies and our volunteers assist the students in shopping and checking out.
• April 5 K-2 School Musical: Mrs. Pipkin our wonderful music teacher puts on 2 amazing musicals every school year but not without the help of our wonderful parents! Mrs. Pipkin will need help painting scenery, putting together props, backdrops etc. You can take these projects home to do them or come in after school and work on them in the music room.
• April 13 Rummage Sale: We’re excited to launch this brand new fundraising event this year! We’ll be collecting gently used donations from Price parents, sorting, pricing, and working the 1 day garage sale held at Price. Everything left over will be donated to a local charity.

We are also looking for EVENT CHAIRS to head up these events! Want to chair an event? We’ll be sending out a sign-up genius soon with detailed responsibilities and needs for each event.

We will also have smaller events throughout the year we may need 1 or 2 parents for like sorting candy grams etc, and we’ll put those needs on our Facebook page, and send out through email.
